Fuel refill and what not

ok so on this fiesta they dicided it would be a good idea to no longer have a button or latch release inside the car or on remote but you just push the fuel i guess cap in and it opens...

now this presenting a problem in my eyes..

could someone theoretically push it to open it stick a hose down the slot and suck fuel out of it? there is no lock no cap nothin is there a unique system to prevent this?
