    Default Ford Flex

Has anyone come across the Ford Flex?
I saw one in Alice Springs the other day. I can't say I'm a fan of this look & hope this is not the future of Ford.
The Flex is a box on wheels & appears to have no styling at all.

We are planning to go to the states and hire one of these things for the family. They come with 7 seats, AWD and an ecoboost 3.5L twin turbo V6.

Im warming to the boxy two tone, over sized scion xB or oversized mini cooper S look. Its more a practical car then looks. The front and rear bar I think look great, personal taste though. The one touch fold up rear seats is cool. they also fold down and face the other way for tailgate seating.

Seeing as you saw one in alice springs, I wonder if they will ever sell in Australia? It would make a nice replacement/addition to the BA wagon!

Yes Flex is only sold in small numbers but I like them each to their own. To me has the look of range rover guess it may have been a model which was designed when Ford had range rover. Remember Range Rover Sport which sold extremely well was not a Range Rover at all was a Ford Explorer.

To me they only look massive and block the road, but I guess it's great for a family trip
