That is taking the ' Look ' off in another direction ,
More than just decluttered or cleaned up ,
this is naked , going very minimalist .

I don't mind that look at all ,
what else have you got in mind for it ?

    What tyres are those ?

The rear lights need the chrome area painted black!

It's looking really good, I wasn't sure about removing the side rails. With them being silver they would have stood out too much. Might be worth turning them black too and see how they look again.

Simple and clean, I like your mods and the super cab size looks great too!

Yeah Iam liking it, always been a meh in regards to tyre size and the wheel arches and I hated the 20" rims I had as it looked like a roller skate..............

    these tyres are 275/45/22.

Next mod is to lift the front 40mm, we have some shocks and springs that need "evaluation" so they will go in.

Tail lights getting tinted when I go back to work, currently it is coming into the Thai new year so we get the week off work.

I actually pulled the rails to do em black, not sure if I will put em back on though as I like the look and I never did use them anyways.

If you do the rails in matt , they should say 'hidden' , relatively .
this may not be a bad thing , put on one as a mock up and lets have a look .

Judging by the looks it is sitting up with light bar bracket on top at a guess, opening under it for a winch.

Should look good when painted or dipped.

This is looking like some one with some imagination has arrived on the scene !!!
So pleasing to see it is not one of those volume sell rubber stamp things .
Tell me , will the guy entertain the idea of making at least one more ?
If yes then , PM me the contact details please .

the winch mount looks like it should suit them all , is that so ? ( it's not for a custom winch , is it ? )

I suggest paint it in the body colour !!!
Plasti dip it if you are worried about scratches ,
You also know you can get clear ' wrap ' film in the very heavy grade as well .

I have not used it yet so I cannot give exact details ,
From looking at it , it is a bit stretchy but it would need to be heated and pulled on .
I am told that it can be very difficult to work with until you get to know it .

I would think that shrinking it would be very problematic ,
the adhesive is not overly strong so it should come off ok .

Beyond that , I am of not much help .

I got a roll of it given to me and did not get any instructions ,
the paperwork I got was all Chinese or some such .

I made mention of it because a similar thing is in professional use here .

Thanks Ranger, I thought it may be an easy apply which could be used for protecting an aluminium boat being towed across dirt roads, however if it is a sort of heat set material, most likely would not be practical to do. Might settle for the shade cloth wrap.

Shade cloth is quick and cheap , works well too .
    Just for info ,
on something like a boat this film would not be so hard to use , since looks are not as important as performance .

hey, the guy is definitely not keen on making another one of these bars, but can make one to your own tastes. Also he is in melbourne so probably a bit of a trip for you. takes a winch and a 18led great white light bar.
